STA CAP Program

Caritas is thrilled to have been approved for Spokane Transit’s Community Access Pass (CAP) pilot program!

We are now able to purchase bus passes at a reduced rate so we can help more clients!

As part of our Transportation Assistance Program, bus passes are available twice per year to those experiencing financial distress.

Clients must meet the WSDA Income Eligibility Guidelines and use the vouchers to assist with:

• Work / Job Interviews
• Medical Appointments
• Education Opportunities
• Transporting Children
• Accessing Social Services
• Or other extenuating circumstances
